Reset Your Life Mindfully


Mindfulness is one of the greatest buzzwords these days. You’re probably hearing it everywhere around you (that and meditation) and it seems to be the solution for just about anything. Everyone wants to know what to do in order to get where they want to be in life. We are very focused on actions and believe certain actions will bring us success, and ultimately happiness. But here’s the problem… Changing your thoughts and beliefs is what matters, not your actions. The reason is simple; Thoughts create feelings, feelings create actions, and actions create results.

”Mindfulness isn’t difficult. We just need to remember to do it.”


The thoughts you’ve continued to think and repeated in your mind for years form your beliefs. Your thoughts are just sentences in your head. That’s about it. And you don’t have to believe them. You can choose to believe whatever you want to believe by creating whatever thoughts you want. To create happiness, you need to change your beliefs. For some beliefs, you may be able to change them immediately. For others, it will take some intentional work on your part to change them.  

An abundant mindset means you believe there is always enough. There is always enough time, resources, and opportunities. You feel lucky, aren’t afraid to move forward even in uncertainty, and are generous. Your life is happening for you and you come from a place of gratitude. This doesn’t mean you don’t experience negative emotions. It just means you are better equipped to handle them.

”Surrender to what is. Let go of what was. Have faith in what will be.”


Something to note about having a scarcity mindset is often times you feel very poised and in control. You may have a death grip on trying to control your life that comes from the fear of what may happen if you release your grip.
